Defend the Line Satisfaction Guarantee

Defend the Line offers an unconditional thirty-day return policy with a few exceptions.

If, within thirty days of receiving your item your apparel does not perfectly fit, simply contact us for our return shipping address and we'll be happy to exchange it for a different size.

Face coverings, engraved jewelry and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect.

If you wish to exchange one item for a completely different item or wish to have your order refunded for any reason at all, contact us for our return shipping address and we'll refund your order in full minus shipping expense. All returned items must be in new condition; all refunds are issued once the product has been received by us. 

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We are unable to accept returns after the thirty-day return period is up except on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if this applies to you.
