What is Defend the Line?
Defend the Line was founded in 2012, selling apparel for law enforcement officers and supporters. We have since expanded our collection to include a wide variety of patriotic items, including law enforcement, firefighter, veteran, and patriotic gear. Defend the Line is based in the United States and all items are designed in and shipped from the United States.
Do you ship globally?
YES! We ship to (pretty much) every country on God's green earth. International shipping is a low $10 and FREE for orders of $75 or more.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are shipped within three business days. In unusual cases, such as a very large order or items on back order, some orders may not ship for up to ten business days. Again, these cases are very rare. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the integrity and quality of everything we sell. If, within thirty days of receiving the item, you wish to return it for ANY reason, or merely exchange for a different size, contact us and we will facilitate a return. However, we are unable to accept returns on face coverings and customized products including engraved jewelry, unless there is a product defect. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer and returned items must be in new condition. Refunds are issued once Defend the Line receives the returned product.
If the return is due to an apparent product defect, contact us and we will immediately send you a new product or a refund.
